These terms apply when you browse or purchase from the Larisa Nails online store. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.

Please read and follow all supplied instructions before using Larisa Nails products. Nail adhesives may cause irritation, allergic reactions or damage if used incorrectly. Do not apply to damaged or infected nails or skin. Never forcibly remove attached nails. Keep out of reach of children.
Larisa Nails is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper use or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Products and information
We aim to present product colours, artwork, shape and finish as accurately as possible. Screen settings, lighting and natural variation can affect how a product appears. Product availability, descriptions and prices may be corrected or updated when necessary.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Australian store are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may contact you if stock, payment, address or suspected fraud issues prevent fulfilment. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

Product Safety & Liability Policy

At Larisa Nails, customer safety and product quality are important to us. Our press-on nail products, nail adhesives and accessories are intended for cosmetic use only.
By purchasing or using our products, customers acknowledge the importance of reading and following all product instructions, safety warnings and precautions.
1. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers must carefully read and follow all instructions supplied with Larisa Nails products.
Improper application, incorrect removal, excessive force, misuse or failure to follow safety instructions may result in damage to natural nails, skin irritation or other adverse effects.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Larisa Nails is not responsible for injury, damage or loss caused solely by improper use, negligent handling or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
2. Nail Glue and Adhesive Products
Our nail sets may contain liquid nail glue and adhesive tabs.
Nail adhesives may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, accidental bonding or damage if used incorrectly.
Customers should:
- Use products only as directed and in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and surrounding skin.
- Never apply products to infected, damaged or irritated nails or skin.
- Stop using the product immediately if irritation, pain or an allergic reaction occurs.
- Keep adhesives away from children, heat and open flames.
- Seek appropriate medical assistance if an adverse reaction or accidental exposure occurs.
Customers with known sensitivities to nail adhesives should check the ingredients before use.
3. Allergic Reactions and Individual Sensitivities
Individual reactions to cosmetic products and adhesives may vary.
Larisa Nails cannot guarantee that its products will be suitable for every individual or that allergic reactions will never occur.
Customers are encouraged to review all product information and consult a qualified healthcare professional if they have concerns about allergies or sensitivities.
Nothing in this section limits liability for defective or unsafe products under applicable law.
4. Natural Nail Damage
Improper application, excessive filing, prolonged wear or forceful removal of press-on nails may damage natural nails.
Customers must follow the removal instructions provided and must never forcibly pull or pry off attached nails.
To the extent permitted by law, Larisa Nails is not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect removal, misuse or failure to follow instructions.
5. Product Durability and Wear
The durability, adhesion and wear time of press-on nails may vary depending on:
- Natural nail condition.
- Application technique.
- Exposure to water, cleaning products or chemicals.
- Daily activities.
- Proper preparation and removal.
Larisa Nails does not guarantee a specific wear duration unless expressly stated in the relevant product description.
This does not affect customers' statutory rights if a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
6. Product Alterations and Third-Party Products
Customers should not modify or combine Larisa Nails products with incompatible adhesives or chemicals.
To the extent permitted by law, Larisa Nails is not responsible for damage caused solely by unauthorised alterations, misuse or incompatible third-party products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Larisa Nails excludes liability for loss, injury or damage arising solely from improper application, incorrect removal, misuse, negligent handling or failure to follow product instructions and safety warnings.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from defective or unsafe products or breaches of applicable consumer guarantees.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where required by law.
9. Reporting Product Concerns
Customers who experience a product defect, unexpected reaction or safety concern should discontinue use and contact Larisa Nails.
We may request relevant product details, photographs or batch information to assist with investigating the concern.
