Shipping policy

Larisa Nails is based in Perth and ships Australia-wide. Shipping destinations, available delivery services and any charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Free Australia-wide shipping

Orders of AUD $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. The order subtotal must meet the threshold after discounts and before any shipping charges.

Australian shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard shipping is AUD $11 for orders below AUD $70, and free for orders of AUD $70 or more. Express shipping is AUD $15.

Allow 2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–10 business days for standard delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery. Processing time is additional to transit time.

Order processing

Orders are prepared in the order they are received. When your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carriers, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods and circumstances outside our control.

Delivery details

Please check your name, delivery address and contact details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@larisanails.com.au as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and work with the delivery carrier. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
